 Wayne Law employer development director to address PALS, Jan. 15

The Polish American Legal Society (PALS) will host its next general meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 15, beginning at 6 p.m. at Polish Village Cafe, 2nd Floor, 2990 Yemens Ave. in Hamtramck.

The guest speaker will be Katherine Fox, director of Employer Development for Wayne State University Law School.

Harvey Heller named managing director at Maddin, Hauser, Wartell Roth & Heller

 
Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth & Heller, P.C., a Southfield-based multi-specialty law firm, has named Harvey R. Heller as one of three Managing Directors, along with Steven D. Sallen and Mark R. Hauser.

In addition to being an active litigator, Heller is a member of the Michigan State Bar Foundation Fellows and the Michigan Defense Trial Council. On a national level, he is a member of the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Lawyer’s Professional Liability, the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Counsel, as well as the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.  Heller has authored numerous articles on the subject of professional liability and has been a frequent speaker at professional liability seminars. He has been continuously selected for inclusion in the annual editions of Best Lawyers in America and Michigan Super Lawyers.
