The Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) Criminal Law Committee concluded its Anatomy of a Criminal Case – Year XV brown bag lunch lecture series with a look at “Preliminary Exams” featuring Daniel Hilf (left) of Hilf & Hilf PLC on Tuesday, March 18, at the Oakland County?Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Happy to present Hilf at the lecture was OCBA Criminal Law Committee Chair Timothy P. Flynn (right) of Karlstrom Cooney LLP. Hilf discussed proposed changes to the laws concerning preliminary examinations and provided advice on why an attorney may want to hold or waive preliminary examinations.
