Happy to present Hilf at the lecture was OCBA Criminal Law Committee Chair Timothy P. Flynn (right) of Karlstrom Cooney LLP. Hilf discussed proposed changes to the laws concerning preliminary examinations and provided advice on why an attorney may want to hold or waive preliminary examinations.
