State Supreme Court to hold public hearing

 Pursuant to Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 1997-11(C) (page 51), the Task Force assigned to address the role of the State Bar of Michigan will hold a public hearing regarding its charge under Administrative Order No. 2014-5. The hearing will be held Friday, May 2 in Supreme Court Courtroom Sixth floor Michigan Hall of Justice at 925 West Ottawa Street, Lansing.

The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will adjourn no later than 4:30 p.m., with a break from noon to 1 p.m. Each speaker on the agenda will be allotted 5 minutes, after which the Task Force members may ask questions. Agenda speakers will be the first 50 people who submit a request with the order of speakers at the discretion of the chair.
