Staffers from the newly opened Shear Bliss Hair Salon, with help from the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce staff, cut the ribbon during the recent grand opening of the salon at 7851 Spring Arbor Rd., Suite 13. Shear Bliss Hair Salon employs four stylists and a body fit specialist. "Our main goal is to have a personal client relationship with our customers so they don't feel like a number," said store owner Lana Mcconnaha, who is pictured holding the scissors. "I want people to leave with a sense of belonging. We're dedicated to making a difference in the community and being a part of our clients' milestones."
