Tips, Tricks, Tools
The Oakland County Bar Association’s Juvenile Law Committee continued its Fundamentals of Juvenile Law – Year 8 brown bag lunch lecture series with “Tips, Tricks, and Tools of the Trade: How to Effectively Communicate with Clients in Abuse/Neglect and Delinquency Cases” featuring Cecilia Quirindongo (right) of K and Q Law PLLC on Thursday, June 12, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Happy to present Quirindongo was lecture moderator Melinda Deel (left) of Melinda N. Deel PLLC. In addition to talking about client communications, Quirindongo also touched on rules of evidence, when do standards of proof apply in juvenile proceedings, motion practice, and evidentiary issues.
