Construction Dispute Resolution Services specializes in providing mediation and arbitration services around the country. Located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, CDRS provides construction specialists and expert witnesses for all types of dispute resolutions including civil litigation.
The requirements to qualify as a Construction Dispute Resolution Specialist include completing the CDRS Arbitration Training Course and the CDRS Dispute Review Board Training Course conducted by the CDRS Dispute Resolution Training Institute. All Specialists must have both mediation and arbitration training, plus construction industry experience.
Stephen A. Hilger is engaged in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction law. He has tried many cases in multiple state courts, and has appeared in state courts of appeal, the Michigan Supreme Court, United States District Courts, United States District Courts of Appeal, and multiple arbitration tribunals across the country.
Hilger is also involved in extensive contract preparation and review, including contracts in the construction industry, material purchase orders, vendor agreements, documents involving the Uniform Commercial Code, licensing agreements, and multiple other commercial contracts and related documents.
