 Barnes & Thornburg attorneys named Super Lawyers®

GRAND RAPIDS – Four attorneys from Barnes & Thornburg’s Michigan office have topped the list of Michigan Super Lawyers 2014®.

The Michigan attorneys who made this year’s Super Lawyers list, including their primary practice areas, are:

Attorneys were selected through a peer-review survey sent to attorneys, who were asked to nominate the best attorneys they personally observed in action. The top point-getters, who comprise not more than five percent of licensed attorneys in the state, were selected as Super Lawyers.

Mika Meyers attorneys included as Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars

The following attorneys of Mika Meyers Beckett & Jones PLC were selected for inclusion in the publication of Michigan Super Lawyers 2014 Magazine: Elizabeth K.Bransdorfer, James R. Brown, John M. DeVries, Douglas A. Donnell, Scott E. Dwyer, William A. Horn, Neil L. Kimball, Eric S. Richards and Timothy J. Tornga. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a rigorous, multiphase rating process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research.
 
Rising Stars are attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less. They are chosen  by a similar process to Super Lawyers, but they do not go through the peer evaluation by practice area. No more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
