Getting up to speed on no-fault law

The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) recently conducted its two-day No-Fault Institute XI at The Westin Southfield. Among those taking part in the Day 1 session on “No-Fault PIP Practice Cases and Clinics” were (left to right) Howard Weingarden of Kaufman, Payton, & Chapa; Bloomfield Hills attorney Barry LaKritz; Nick Andrews of Liss, Seder, & Andrews; co-moderator Wayne Miller of Miller & Tischler PC; co-moderator George Sinas of Sinas, Dramis, Brake, Boughton, & McIntyre; Dick Hillary of Miller Johnson; and Thomas Sinas of Sinas, Dramis, Brake, Boughton, & McIntyre.  “This is our 11th Annual No-Fault Institute and it’s the largest trial lawyers seminar of the year,” Miller said.  “We give an update for two days on developments in the field of Michigan no-fault automobile insurance law.”  The Day 2 session focused on “Auto Negligence Update Cases and Clinics.”
