Mancini joins Miller Canfield office

 Rebecca A. Mancini has joined Miller Canfield as an associate in the Ann Arbor, Michigan, office in the Immigration Practice.

Mancini will assist corporate clients with a variety of their complex employment-based immigration needs. She has experience with nonimmigrant visa petitions (B-1, H, J, L, E, O, P, and TN), immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3, including PERM Labor Certifications) and compliance (LCA, I-9, E-Verify). She also has public sector experience as a legal extern for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and as a law clerk for the Executive Office for Immigration Review where she gained experience in removal, asylum, naturalization, and family-based immigration petitions.
Prior to earning her J.D. (2012) from the University of Detroit Mercy, she received her B.A. (2007) in political science and Spanish from Michigan State University.
She resides in Royal Oak, Michigan.
