NALS of Michigan to hold CLE seminar in Battle Creek

 NALS of Michigan will hold a Continuing Legal Education seminar starting at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 7, at the Holiday Inn Battle Creek, 12812 Harper Village Dr., Battle Creek.

Attorneys from Vandervoort, Christ & Fisher, PC, in Battle Creek, will speak on various areas of substantive law: James E. Reed on real estate recording; James A. Fisher on division of marital and non-marital assets in divorce; Wesley J. Todd on bankruptcy overview; and Robert J. Sharkey on duties and responsibilities of a notary public.
The cost is $25 for members, $30 for future members, $15 for students, and includes lunch; the cost for lunch only is $10. There is no cost for directors meeting at 1 p.m.
