ADC pays tribute to area judges

The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) recently hosted its 13th Annual Judges Night at the Byblos Banquet Hall in Dearborn. The purpose of the annual ADC Judges Night is to recognize and honor local judges whose work in upholding civil rights has been exemplary. Among the judges and officials in attendance were (front row, left to right) Wayne County 36th District Court Magistrate Laura Echartea, Oakland County Probate Court Judge Linda Hallmark, Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Qiana Lillard, ADC-Michigan Director Fatina Abdrabboh, Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Robert J. Colombo Jr., ADC National President Samer Khalaf, Wayne County Circuit Court Juvenile Division Referee Mona  Youssef, and Wayne County Circuit Court Judges Eric Cholack, Ulysses Boykin, David Allen, and Lawrence Talon; along with (back row, left to right) Wayne County 19th District Court Magistrate Doraid Elder, Wayne County 36th District Court Judge Michael Perkins, Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Michael Talbot, Wayne County Circuit Court Judge James A.
