Pamela Davies is an associate attorney of McGinty, Hitch, Housefield, Person, Yeadon & Anderson, P.C. in East Lansing, where she primarily practices immigration law. Davies earned her J.D. from Cooley Law School with a concentration in international law, and her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, where she majored in political science.
Davies is a member of or an active participant in Global Institute of Lansing (GIL), Civil Rights for Immigrants (CRI), Mid-Michigan Immigration Coalition (MMIC), Immigrant and Refugee Resource Collaborative (IRRC), Mid-Michigan Spartans-MSU Alumni Club, and First Presbyterian Church of Lansing.

What do you wish someone would invent? A transporter like in Star Trek - should take immigration debate to a new dimension.
How do you define success? Success = Happiness.

Why did you become a lawyer? To be a hero to someone who needs saving.
If you could trade places with someone for a day, who would that be? Whoever needs my strength and will for the day.
What’s the most awe-inspiring place you’ve ever been? The hills, shores and vineyards of Cinque Terre, Italy.
If you could have one super power, what would it be? The power to heal.
What would you say to your 16-year-old self? “Your imperfections are perfect.”
What is your proudest moment as a lawyer? When clients greet me with warmth.
What do you do to relax? Chianti plus Sinatra, or go for a long run.
What is one thing you would like to learn to do? Drive a stick-shift.
What is something most people don't know about you? I studied in Florence under U.S. Supreme Court Justice, Samuel Alito, Jr.
What is the best advice you ever received? Love your children anyway.
