The National Business Institute will offer the seminar “BOOT CAMP: Foreclosure and Loan Workout Procedures” on Wednesday, Nov. 4, at the Embassy Suites Hotel Detroit-Southfield in Southfield.
Hours of the event are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the hotel is located at 28100 Franklin Rd.
The course is designed to provide a comprehensive procedural orientation to the foreclosure process and alternatives to foreclosure.
Speakers will be Stuart A. Best and Michael I. Rich of Weltman, Weinberg, & Reis Co. LPA.
The course is designed for attorneys, real estate professionals, title insurance professionals, lenders and paralegals. Cost is $329.
