Observing Constitution Day at Cooley

University of Mississippi School of Law Prof. Ronald J. Rychlak (third from left) spoke recently at Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School’s Constitution Day event. During Rychlak’s presentation, he gave an overview of the Bill of Rights and how it was interpreted during the Civil Rights era. Rychlak has been a faculty member at the University of Mississippi School of Law since 1987 and is an advisor to the Holy See’s delegation at the United Nations. He is also author and co-author of numerous articles and nine books, including Disinformation: Former Spy Chief Reveals Secret Strategies for Undermining Freedom, Attacking Religion, and Promoting Terrorism, which he wrote with Ion Mihai Pacepa, the highest ranking Soviet bloc intelligence officer to defect to the West.
