Thanksgiving Eve is one of the biggest bar nights of the entire year, according to Michigan State Police.
Christensen Law wants to help make sure that family and friends won’t have the tragedy of empty seats at the Thanksgiving table because their loved ones stopped for drinks on their way home the night before.
Personal injury lawyer Dave Christensen has seen too many people suffer as a result of drunk driving.
For years he has been involved with organizations such as the Washtenaw Council on Alcoholism, Spectrum Treatment and Prevention Services, and others that deal with alcohol/drug addiction For people who have had too much to drink on Thanksgiving Eve, they can just call a cab or Uber to take them from the bar to their home.
They should pay for the ride that night and get a receipt.
The next day, they can simply email a copy of their receipt along with a copy of their driver’s license to (saferidehome@davidchristensenlaw.com) to receive a reimbursement of up to $35.
