The Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC) conducted its Winter Meeting titled “No-Fault Nuances &?More” on Friday, Nov. 13, at the Sheraton Detroit Novi Hotel. The day-long event featured various presentations. Program Chair Kimberlee Hillock (second from right) of Willingham & Coté PC was pleased to welcome some of the event’s speakers including (left to right) David Nelson of Willingham & Coté PC, Michigan Supreme Court Chief of Staff/Clerk of Court Larry Royster, and John Cattie of Garretson Resolution Group. The program was “designed to answer maybe less common questions about no-fault insurance that some people might have,” Hillock said.  “It’s also designed to be a primer for appeals for those who don’t file appeals very often.”
