Investment advisors, registered representatives and trust officers are invited to a Miller Canfield seminar on “Marriage Equality: New Legalities” scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 3 at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.
It’s the final event this year in the law firm’s Before the Bell Breakfast Forum series.
Miller Canfield family law attorneys Jennifer LaTosch and Lynn Sirich will focus on what a broker needs to know to be conversant in the law changes and how it impacts rights in and to assets in the event of death or divorce.
The forum will take place from 7:15-8:30 a.m.
There is no cost to attend. Advance reservations are required.
Registration can be completed by visiting www.millercanfield.com and clicking on “events.”
