Mark J. Hynes has joined Fraser Trebilcock as an associate attorney, working in the Detroit and Lansing offices.
Discovering his passion for law while conducting cancer research, he primarily focuses his practice on health care law of all varieties including litigation, reform, and licensing. Whether representing a hospital or a single physician, he understands the health care industry from all levels.
In addition to his extensive health care experience, Hynes also represents corporations and limited liability companies in various intellectual property and complex business litigation.
Hynes is a graduate of WMU-Cooley Law School where he was on the Dean's List and Honor Roll each term and served as Senior Associate Editor for the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.
He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Health Care Law section and both the Oakland County and Detroit Metropolitan Bar Associations.
Hynes did his undergrad degree in molecular biology at the University of Michigan and conducted cancer research at the UM Department of Surgery after graduation. He also worked at the Karmanos Cancer Center in Detroit and as a senior contract analyst at the St. John Providence Health System before joining the firm.
