The Michigan Roundtable for Diversity & Inclusion, one of Michigan’s oldest and most acclaimed civil rights organizations, will hold a Law Honor Roll Town Hall on Tuesday, March 22 at Tech Town in Detroit.
The event is scheduled from 8 to 10 a.m.; Tech Town is located at 440 Burroughs St.
The Law Honor Roll is an initiative of the Michigan Roundtable to bring representatives from all facets of the legal profession together to promote the recruitment of diverse talent into the profession and to support efforts to retain a diverse work force.
The Town Hall will include a presentation by Gregory Conyers, director of diversity for the State Bar of Michigan.
Advance registration by March 18 is required. There is a $25 fee for representatives from non-Honor Roll member firms.
Current law firm members of the Law Honor Roll include Bodman, Clark Hill, Dawda Mann, Dykema, Goodman Acker, Lewis & Munday, Miller Canfield, Plunkett Cooney, and The Sam Bernstein Law Firm.
