The Michigan Supreme Court has scheduled oral arguments on Wednesday, May 4 beginning at 9:30 a.m.
One of the matters before the court involves whether the term “police officer” encompasses reserve police officers.
Other cases include a worker’s compensation action and whether injuries suffered in an apartment fire are covered under a Total Pollution Exclusion Endorsement.
Justices also will hear arguments regarding a breach of contract claim between Michigan Association of Governmental Employees and the Michigan Office of the State Employer.
Oral arguments are open to the public.
