The State Bar of Michigan Information Technology Law Section will present its annual meeting and seminar on Thursday, Sept. 8 at the Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth.
Topics will include Internet of Things—Supply Agreements, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Data Security Issues; Indemnity, Limitation of Liability, and Warranty Provisions from a Litigation Perspective; Transaction Taxes for Software and IT Services; and Online Concerns for Employers.
The cost of the seminar includes a light breakfast, lunch and a complimentary cocktail reception.
The annual IT Law Section and Council meetings will be held during the luncheon and will include election of council members and section officers.
