Reiter & Walsh ABC Law Centers
Long-time attorney Euel Kinsey recently joined the team of birth injury attorneys at Reiter & Walsh ABC Law Centers.
Kinsey has been practicing law for more than 30 years and is licensed to practice in Michigan, Tennessee, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Additionally, He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th and 6th Circuits.
“Everyone here is amazing. I am so impressed by the quality of the staff and the quality of the work that’s done here. It’s an extraordinary group of people who truly care about the clients, and they do fantastic work,” stated Kinsey. “I’m very excited to be a part of this.”
Kinsey’s passion lies in helping clients in birth trauma and medical malpractice. According to the veteran lawyer, he enjoys making a difference for families, particularly with children who are affected by cerebral palsy, by obtaining a settlement or favorable verdict.
“I really feel so much for the families,” stated Kinsey. “When we are able to help them secure the assistance and the equipment and the therapy to maximize their child’s potential, it leaves you with a tremendous feeling of satisfaction.”
For Kinsey, his devotion to birth injury and medical malpractice is a personal one that has a special place in his heart. Years ago, his mother lost his older brother at birth. Sadly, the tragedy didn’t end there. His mother went on to lose his younger sister during birth as well.
“I survived in the middle,” stated Kinsey. “They both passed from things that today would not result in a death.”
Through his own family tragedy, Kinsey has made it his mission to help others with their own medical malpractice
cases. His biggest court victory to date involved a child injured at birth where the Federal District Court in Wisconsin awarded a verdict of almost $21 million.
“When I take on a case, I always ask myself, ‘Is it going to make a difference in these people’s lives? How is it going to change their life for the better? That’s always my major, first and most important question
when negotiating a settlement,” stated Kinsey.
His dedication to helping injured children and supporting sound medical care extends beyond the courtroom. Kinsey is also a long-time affiliate of Lifeline Pilots, an organization that provides people in medical and financial need with access to free air transportation on small aircraft to distant health care facilities.
