The Michigan Supreme Court will hear cases concerning medical, business, criminal, property and estate issues, as well as a termination of parental rights challenge, during oral arguments Dec. 7 and 8.
Oral arguments will be held on the sixth floor of the Hall of Justice in Lansing beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day.
