The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) presented a Medical Malpractice Seminar on Friday, Dec 2, at the Crowne Plaza in Novi. Among those taking part in the program for MAJ plaintiff members only were (l-r) Dina Zalewski of The Thurswell Law Firm PLLC who spoke on “Millennials in Medical Malpractice: Learning the Ropes”; Amato “Bud” DeLuca of DeLuca &?Weizenbaum and David Wenner of Snyder &?Wenner PC who spoke on “Jury Bias—Psychology of a Medical Malpractice Case and Inside the Mind of the Medical Malpractice Juror”; along with program co-moderators Judy Susskind of The Thurswell Law Firm PLLC and Jesse Reiter of Reiter & Walsh PC.
