Officers have been selected for the Okemos law firm of Murphy & Spagnuolo, P.C. Vincent P. Spagnuolo, an alumnus of Cooley Law School whose practice emphasizes municipal law, civil trial work, insurance defense, and business law, is serving as president.
Lindsay N. Dangl, a magna cum laude alumna from Michigan State University College of Law, is vice president. She has been with the firm since 2008.
Other members of the firm are Gary L. Bender, Richard A. Cascarilla, both of them alumni of Cooley Law School.
In further news, Emily A. Jefferson has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Jefferson interned with the firm while finishing her law degree at Michigan State University and successfully passing the Michigan Bar Exam.
