Warner Norcross Ranked in Top 10 Best of the Best in Real Estate



Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has been ranked in the top 10 law firms in the Midwest for its expertise in real estate transactions.

The law firm, which has eight offices in Michigan, was ranked sixth by Midwest Real Estate News in its Best of the Best issue. The rankings are based on the dollar value of commercial real estate transactions completed during 2016.
Last year, Warner Norcross completed more than 1,300 real estate transactions.

Warner Norcross has 37 attorneys in its Real Estate Services Group who provide a broad range of services: commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, environmental, financing, tax structuring, workout and foreclosure services, among others. The team regularly handles transactions involving commercial property, condominiums, farms, healthcare facilities, industrial properties, land, multi-family housing, residential, retail and student housing.

Sinas Dramis attorneys named Michigan Super Lawyers and Rising Stars
 

Four attorneys at the Sinas Dramis Law Firm have been named “Michigan Super Lawyers” in the field of plaintiffs’ general personal injury: George T. Sinas; James F. Graves; Bryan J. Waldman; and Stephen H. Sinas. Of Counsel Bernard F. Finn and Timothy J. Donovan were listed in family law and plaintiffs’ general personal injury, respectively.

In addition, Thomas G. Sinas, who manages the firm’s Grand Rapids office, has been listed as a “Super Lawyers 2017 Rising Star” in the field of plaintiffs’ general personal injury, while Joel T. Finnell has been named a Rising Star in appellate law.

“Super Lawyers” are selected through a nomination, research and peer evaluation process – no more than 5 percent of lawyers in each state. For Rising Stars, no more than 2.5 percent are recognized.
