The Oakland County Bar Association’s Criminal Law Committee continued its criminal law seminar series on Tuesday, Aug. 21, at the OCBA offices in Bloomfield Hills. Speaking on “Representing the Client with Driver’s License Sanctions” were Daniel Larin of Daniel J. Larin PC (left) and Oakland County 44th District Court Judge Derek Meinecke. “On my end, I’m talking about the drivers’ restoration program that I have at the district court where we’re taking folks who have driving while license suspended convictions and working with them over a period of time to help them restore their licenses,” Meinecke noted. Larin discussed the driver’s license restoration process before the Secretary of State.
