NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two (2) public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. in the Norton Shores Municipal Building, 4814 Henry Street, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding:
1.) A variance request allowing Steven Swanson
to enlarge a detached accessory building on his
property at 98 W. Mt. Garfield Road to
1,248 square feet as opposed to the maximum
1,000 square feet permitted by Ordinance.
2.) A variance to allow Todd Systema to
construct a detached accessory building
at 972 Randall Rd in the front yard of the
property as opposed to the rear or street
yards, and is located 43 feet from the
high water mark as opposed to the
minimum 50 feet required by Ordinance.
