The Jackson Area Estate Planning Council (JAEPC) met September 19 at the County Club of Jackson. Guest speaker Paul R. Dowd, CIMA, Senior Regional Sales Director for Morningstar Investment Management, LLC, presented “Discussion of fiduciary responsibilities and opportunities for 401K plan sponsors.” The next meeting will be October 10 at Bella Notte Ristorante in downtown Jackson, when Jeff Levine will present “Trust-Owned Life Insurance and Risk Mitigation.”
