The American Constitution Society (ACS) at Detroit Mercy Law hosted former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade Sept.18 for a discussion on the “Mueller investigation and the tools of the federal prosecutor,” according to Bridget Underhill, chapter president. McQuade, who now teaches at the University of Michigan Law School, was featured on MSNBC in August discussing the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, and also regularly appears on The Rachel Maddow Show on the cable network, as well as frequently serving as a commentator on other TV and radio. McQuade wrote an article in July for The Daily Beast, detailing “The Strategy Mueller Is Using to Protect His Investigation.” Shown, left to right: Paulina Kennedy, Bridget Underhill, Barbara McQuade, Evon Pervan-Keller, and Kyle Langvardt.
