Mika Meyers elects management committee
Mika Meyers PLC, a law firm based in Grand Rapids, recently elected the following lawyers to its Management Committee for calendar year 2019: Benjamin A. Zainea (Chair), Ross A. Leisman and Nikole L. Canute.
Benjamin A. Zainea specializes in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business formation, general business and real estate law, estate planning, wills and trusts, banking law, securities and finance, franchise law, tax law and sports and entertainment law.
Ross A. Leisman specializes in civil litigation, land use and municipal law.
Nikole L. Canute specializes in labor and employment law, employment litigation, energy litigation, civil litigation, fraud investigation and litigation and securities litigation. She is very skilled in handling employment investigations, electronic discovery and matters involving computer forensic investigations. Nikole also specializes in energy matters, including condemnation.
