Harden and Dimithe accepted into 2019 LCLD
Miller Johnson associate attorneys Brittany Harden and Loïc Dimithe have been accepted into Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) programs: Harden into the Fellows Program and Dimithe into the Pathfinder Program. As part of Miller Johnson’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity, the firm has had attorneys participate in LCLD programs since their launch.
Harden will participate in one of the most comprehensive legal talent development programs in the country, which includes in-person conferences, training in the fine points of legal practice, and peer-group projects to foster collaboration and relationships.
Harden has experience advising on corporate transactions including general business as well as M&A. She also handles IP matters involving trademark, copyright, and licensing for corporate clients and entrepreneurial start-ups. Harden is on the Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women (GROW) board and the Grand Rapids Intellectual Property Women steering committee. She earned her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a B.S. from Grand Valley State University.
Loïc Dimithe, as a diverse, high-potential, early-career attorney, was an ideal match for the Pathfinder Program, which provides practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks through relationship building, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.
Dimithe’s business corporate practice includes working with the M&A, corporate finance, and banking/financial institutions groups. He serves as vice president of the Floyd Skinner Bar Association and is active with the Association for Corporate Growth. Dimithe earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and his B.A. from University of North Alabama. He has lived in four countries and is fluent in French.
