treatment courts were the topic of discussion during a recent presentation at 37th District Court in Warren. Joining Judge Matthew Sabaugh (center) at the event were (from left): Jennifer Chupa; Donna Cilluffo, treatment court case manager; Thomas Jekielek, treatment court coordinator; and Lana Harrison. The Warren/Center LIne Treatment Court operates three programs: a felony drug court, a misdemeanor drug court and a sobriety court. Since the treatment court was established in 1999, there have been nearly 400 graduates of the various programs.
