Speaking were (l-r) Paul D. Hudson, principal at Miller Canfield and chair of the Appeals Section; U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Joan Larsen, Sixth Circuit; moderator Derek J. Linkous of BSP; Michigan Supreme Court Justice David F. Viviano; and moderator Meghan Sweeny Bean of Jones Day.
