REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Norton Shores is seeking sealed bids for the following projects:
1. HMA Milling, Overlay, and Resurfacing
Project of several streets within the City
of Norton Shores road system
2. Hot-in-place recycling of several streets
with the City of Norton Shores
Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Department of Public Works, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, until 10:00 a.m., May 23, 2019, after which time and place proposals will no longer be accepted. The City will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the City.

The City of Norton Shores invites submission of job scope, experience, interest and cost proposals from qualified consultants for providing construction surveying services and constructionengineering/inspection for the following roadway projects:

The City of Norton Shores Department of Public Works will conduct an evaluation of the Statements of Proposal. The evaluation will be made on the basis of experience, availability, and Consultant’s proposed scope of work, as well as cost. Statements of Proposal must be submitted to the Department of Public Works, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 5:00 p.m. prevailing time, on May 23, 2019. A minimum of two bound copies of the Statement of Proposal shall be submitted.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019 at which time bids will be publicly opened. Bids must be clearly labeled. The City Reserves the right to reject any and all bids and will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City.
