Moving the Needle

The Association of Corporate Counsel-Michigan Chapter (ACC-MI) presented “Moving the Needle: Creating & Sustaining an Inclusive Work Environment” on Wednesday, April 24, at Cork Wine Pub in Pleasant Ridge. During the program, Miller Canfield Hiring Chair and Diversity and Professional Development Principal Michelle Crockett (second from left) shared information and best practices on how to create actionable, measurable, results-driven initiatives that foster meaningful and sustainable change. On hand to welcome Crockett were (l-r) ACC-MI Program Chair and Secretary Heather Betts of DTE Energy/Detroit Edison, Matthew Case of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, ACC-MI President Jennifer Neumann of American Axle & Manufacturing Inc., Jennifer Sabourin and Kim Berger of Miller Canfield, and ACC-MI First Vice President Michael Qaqish of IAC Group.
