The Negligence Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan conducted its Summer Meeting on Thursday, Aug. 8, at Tam-O-Shanter Country Club in West Bloomfield. Michigan Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Clement (center) addressed the section during the program. Happy to welcome Clement to the meeting were Negligence Law Section Chair Robert Raitt of Michigan Auto Law (left) and Wayne Miller of Miller & Tischler PC.
