The Negligence Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan recently conducted its Summer Meeting at Tam-O’Shanter Country Club in West Bloomfield. Michigan Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Clement (center) was the keynote speaker. On hand to welcome Clement to the meeting were (left to right) Negligence Law Section Chair Robert Raitt of Michigan Auto Law and Wayne Miller of Miller & Tischler PC.
