Family and friends of Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Cylenthia LaToye?Miller (right) hosted an “Elevation Celebration” recently at TV Lounge in Detroit. Helping to celebrate Miller’s appointment by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to the Wayne County Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, was her mother attorney, Sharon Elaine Bernard (left). Miller previously was a judge with the Wayne County 36th District Court. She is also the founding and presiding judge over Street Outreach Court Detroit, a specialty court program that provides homeless citizens the opportunity to resolve certain civil infractions and misdemeanors.
