The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, kicked off its annual luncheon program on Oct. 23 with a “State of the Court” address by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Denise Page Hood (center), Eastern District of Michigan. A member of the federal bench since 1994, Hood previously served on the Wayne County Circuit Court, the Recorder’s Court, and the Wayne County 36th District Court.
