Garris lawyers named ‘Michigan Super Lawyers’
Attorneys and brothers Steven Z. Garris and Michael J. Garris of the Garris Law Firm in Ann Arbor have once again been selected as Michigan Super Lawyers, recognized for their work in the area of personal injury law.
The two have been selected each year for the past decade, as among the finest in Michigan in their field of practice.
The annual list is compiled by Thomson Reuters; attorneys are selected by area of practice. The selection process involves peer nomination, panel review and category research.
The Garris Law Office also includes sister Jacalen Garris, Steve’s daughter Stephanie Garris, and Michael’s son Zachary Garris, who is awaiting bar exam results.
Other family members employed by the office are secretary Stamatia Garris, and office manager Helen Garris, a position she has held since her late husband Jack J. Garris founded the law office.
In addition to personal injury, the Garris Law Office handles a variety of legal cases.
Brinks Gilson & Lione recognized as a top-tier law firm

Varnum received 63 rankings, including 33 in Tier 1, spanning practice areas and markets in the latest edition of “Best Law Firms,” published by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers, released Nov. 1.
