The Jackson Area Estate Planning Council met Dec. 11 at Bella Notte Ristorante in downtown Jackson. Attorney Rick Mills, from Marcoux Allen, Bower & Kendall, P.C., was the guest speaker, with a presentation, “Trust Modifications and Terminations: Fixing the Sideways Trust after It Becomes Irrevocable.”
