There was love in the air at Macomb County Circuit Court as County Clerk/Register of Deeds Fred Miller performed a dozen weddings on Valentine’s Day. Miller performed ceremonies for couples who had filed their marriage applications with the clerk’s office in a two-week period before Valentine’s Day. Ashley Heavener said the event helped “celebrate romance.”
