REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Norton Shores invites submission of job scope, experience, interest and cost proposals from qualified consultants for providing construction surveying services and construction engineering/inspection for the following roadway projects:
City 2020 (FY21) HMA & HIP Engineering Inspection

The City of Norton Shores Department of Public Works will conduct an evaluation of the Statements of Proposal. The evaluation will be made on the basis of experience, availability, and Consultant’s proposed scope of work, as well as cost. Statements of Proposal must be submitted to the Department of Public Works, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 5:00 p.m. prevailing time, on June 4, 2020. A minimum of two bound copies of the Statement of Proposal shall be submitted.

The City of Norton Shores is seeking sealed proposals for the following projects:
1) Hot-In-Place Pavement Recycling 2020 Projects
2) HMA Milling and Resurfacing 2020 Projects
Sealed proposals must be submitted to the City Purchasing Agent, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 10:00 a.m., on June 4, 2020. Bids must be clearly labeled. The City Reserves the right to reject any and all bids and will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City.
