Zachary M. Garris, son of attorney Michael Garris, recently passed the Michigan bar exam and joined family members at the law firm of Garris, Garris, Garris & Garris, P.C. in downtown Ann Arbor.
Zachary, who earned his undergrad degree from Michigan State University in 2008 and a Master of Divinity in 2013 from Reformed Theological Seminary, is a 2019 graduate of Wayne State University Law School that he attended on a scholarship.
A member of the Washtenaw County Bar Association, Zachary enjoys reading and playing basketball in his leisure time.
The law firm was founded in 1951 by Jack J. Garris, who died in 2005; and his wife Helen has been the office manager since the founding of the business. Jack was joined in the practice by all three of his children: Steven, Michael and Jacalen. Steven’s daughter Stephanie joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2017.
