NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of four public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. via remote meeting for the purpose of hearing comments regarding:
1. A variance request allowing the applicant to construct an accessory structure to have a 19-foot front yard setback as opposed to the 30-foot front yard setback as permitted by City ordinance.
2. A variance request allowing the applicant to construct a front porch with a front yard setback of 22 feet instead of the minimum 30 feet as permitted by City ordinance. A variance request allowing the applicant to construct an accessory structure in the front yard of their property at 1447 Shettler Road as opposed to the side or rear yard as permitted by City ordinance.
3. A commercial variance request at 4769 Harvey Street for kennel distance from adjacent residences and animal placement from property lines.
