This year’s Back to School Blast is set for 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 13, at the First United Methodist Church, 275 W. Michigan Ave., Jackson.
The event is drive-through only, with signs to follow, and staff will be there to guide people.
Each child will receive a backpack and supplies. Children must be present in the car.
