Attorney Jessica L. Wynn is among a group of industry experts selected by the American Bar Association (ABA) to contribute to the “Recent Developments in Fidelity and Surety Law” section of their Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal, Spring 2020, Volume 55, Issue 2. This is Ms. Wynn’s fourth consecutive year as a contributing author for this Journal.
A member of Lipson Neilson’s nationally recognized team of Surety & Fidelity Law attorneys, Wynn’s practice focuses on Contract Surety Law, Construction Law, Commercial Surety Law, Fidelity Law, Commercial Disputes, and Probate Litigation.
Wynn is a member of the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section – Fidelity and Surety Law Committee, the Defense Research Institute’s Fidelity and Surety Steering Committee, and the Woman’s Lawyers Association of Michigan.
Wynn earned her undergrad degree, magna cum laude, from Central Michigan University, and her law degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School.
