NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. via remote meeting for the purpose of hearing comments regarding:
1. A re-zoning request from TJA Architecture, on behalf of Camp Bow Wow, to change the zoning district of the properties at 6580 Schamber Drive and 6550 Schamber Drive from C-2 and C-3 respectively to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
2. A request from Brent Fielstra for a Special Use Permit to construct a single-family home in the Planned Unit Residential Development (PURD) zoning district, at 798 Judson Road.
