The Macomb County Probate Bar Association has scheduled a seminar via Zoom on Wednesday, Nov. 22 from noon to 1 p.m. to examine new methods and tools for understanding cognitive decline, financial decision-making and exploitation.
The speaker will be Dr. Peter Lichtenberg, director of the Institute of Gerontology at Wayne State University in Detroit.
Lichtenberg will discuss cognitive aging concepts and how they affect finances.
